There is something special about John Lewis adverts, and the music is always awesome.  Paloma Faith, who is one of my favourites anyway, recorded the cover of INXS "Never Tear Us Apart" for the latest "Never Knowingly Undersold" advert.  Just beautiful.

I had points that were about to expire on my HMV card. This print arrived in the post this morning. Purely because I feel like it, I have posted the video "Do you want the truth or something beautiful" too. I can't post a Paloma picture without posting a sound clip of her awesome voice.

Today, I am loaded with cold... I have this (supposedly sexy) husky voice going on. Have to say though, "snots" are not really something I would associate with sexy :O/

Musical excitement: I booked tickets for another 2 gigs today, which means I'm at 3 gigs in the 3 weeks following my holidays.  I swear I'm going for the music...the fact that 3 gorgeous women are involved is really just a bonus ;O)

So the weekend before last, I got to go see Paloma Faith at the O2 Academy in town.  I'd been excited for months but I almost didn't get to go as I had a banging migraine and had to lie-down until an hour before :O/  So glad I did though; the lady was AWESOME. And she's completely adorable.
